RigForge Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to love your RigForge gear. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve got you covered.

1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

2. How to Start a Return
Email us at support@rigforgeusa.com with your order number and reason for return. Our US-based support team will reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and instructions.

3. Return Shipping
For US customers: Return shipping is FREE. We’ll email you a prepaid USPS/UPS label. Just drop it off at any USPS/UPS location.
For damaged/wrong items: We cover return shipping + send a replacement immediately.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. You’ll get an email confirmation from support@rigforgeusa.com

5. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email support@rigforgeusa.com and we’ll ship your exchange right away. No need to wait for us to receive the return.

6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used apparel or accessories
  • Final sale/clearance items

7. Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged item? Don’t worry. Email support@rigforgeusa.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement + prepaid return label for the damaged one, or full refund — your choice.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then email support@rigforgeusa.com and we’ll track it down for you same-day.
