WHERE WE SHIP
RigForge currently ships to all 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIME & COST

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days from order date.

Standard Shipping: $4.99 per order

FREE Standard Shipping On all US orders $50+ Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking number by email once shipped. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses.

FULFILLMENT PARTNERS
We partner with US-based fulfillment centers to pack and ship your order. Your order may ship
from multiple locations to ensure the fastest delivery.

DELAYS
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues,
weather, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@rigforgeusa.com
within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve it.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped
to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
